Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Process

  • Contact us at souloom.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Weʼll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
